It’s cliffs, coves and beaches, together with a warm climate has made the English Riviera in Devon a popular destination since Victorian times. Wander down to the Harbour, through the beautifully maintained gardens, and stop at the many pubs, cafes, restaurants or visit one of the tourist attractions nearby. Take a ferry from Torquay to the fishing port of Brixham or drive to Kingswear and take the ferry over to beautiful Dartmouth. If you feel more energetic, ramble along the beautiful coastal path or inland up the River Dart, to the home of the famous author Agatha Christie.
